PROF 012 Slave no existent

    Hello friends,

    I´ve already set up a profibus slave on my fanuc robot, It works well but sometimes when I´m running a new program an alarm shows up and it says ¨PROF 012 slave no existent (12)¨. I have a slave in the Adress 12 which is Pneumatics valve module.

    Does anyone know about this? sometimes is tedious for me and my coworkers to reset suddenly.
