I'm attempting to weld a lap joint on the part attached. My issue is that the joint in unrepeatable and made of very thin material ~.150".
How would you go about searching the joint edge highlighted in yellow?
How can I track the weld while its welding? Every time I weave I seem to have an issue undercutting the material.
Currently running: .052" wire; GMAW-P; 150 AMP; 21.5V; Travel at 16.4 ipm have tried multiple weaving parameters.
