    Hello,

I'm a automatician and beginner robotician,

I study the 2 applications, iRVision is just to find the center of my products (same brand, products with different dimensions or different additional stickers, so I have the same main sticker to find for my center).... [I use a blob and it's well adapted to my situation, so model id 1].

I have a machine that gives the following information for a product: product ID, reference product, product number, total number of products in the box and box type.

I can have 6 products upstream (not a problem).

The problem is this: I may have 2 types of recipes to place in 2 different boxes (conveyor station).

To know where to place which product, I need to know exactly my correct ID from the start (it's possible, during a drop cycle, to pass on a product for box 2, because box 2 is in transition, but during the next cycle it's there...).

As it's apparently not possible to "work" with two different recipes in same time, I only need to use one tray and go through my PLC to make my recipe...

I've been trying for 4 days to find a solution to force my ID but I can't find it, do you have any ideas?

    kings regard

irVision... that's Fanuc. You've posted in the KUKA sub-forum.
