Maybe robot is mechanically worn, EOAT is loose, robot mounting bolts loose, ...
What has been done to find the problem?

loose
Well right now we are thinking encoders are bad but thst would mean remastering not sure of the cost , could it be that . When we run a program on one side get it touched up then run the other side even after just a day we run the other side it seems the points are off just allittle mainly up higher or farther away . Actually we have 2 robots that are doing this ..this one an another one same model . The other robot same model. Doesn't have this issue thanks sir .

Are there pulse coder errors (SRVO-061 - 075)? In my experience, pulse coder miscount is extremely rare without an error. If the pulse coder counts are off, then zero position will be also off - check each joint at zero or another known position where each joint can be precisely marked. Do not assume the manipulator is the issue if checking only checking the TCP. Do not assume it's the pulse coder if the marks don't line up as bad motor or gear reduction can also be the issue.
If this is arc welding, then there is many more items to check related to the torch & wire.

Right now there are novpulse code error 061 0r 075 they have nor come up. But will check the zero position points as you stated thank you sir .. yes this is arc welding on both robots

Sorry - that should have read as any SRVO-061 thru SRVO-075 error codes not 061 or 075.
