Hi,
We recently purchased a Yaskawa GP280 for a handling process. The robot manipulates different types of objects. Due to the short time to implement the project, a single payload was used and calculated using the heaviest object. The line has been working well, but recently stopped twice several hours and started later, but we were unable to do adequate troubleshooting, which would lead to conclusions about what had happened. I noticed that the "Robot may be overloaded. Check your load or tool file settings" alarm is always active on the robot. Is this alarm triggered because the actual weight on the tool is oversized or undersized? Or both? Could it be stopping the robot? the robot did not have any active alarm on the program screen, this alarm it is simply always active in the footer, even when the line is working well.
Thank you in advance for your help.
