yes.
But I guess you don't just want to know if there is such an option?
Change the System Variable $FILE_MAXSEC to set the size of the RD (in blocks of 512 bytes).
If the value is negative the RD will be defined to be in the DRAM which will be deleted during power cycle.
If the value is positive the RD will be defined to be in SRAM and the content will not be deleted duing power cycle. Be aware that this relies on the batteries so if the batteries die the content will be lost as soon as you turn off the FANUC / while the FANUC is turned off.
