$MOVE_ENABLE Input not allowed or $MOVE_ENABLE Eingang nicht Erlaubt

Just checked on a KRC4 we have here, and yes $MOVE_ENABLE stops all motion, even jogging (as the name suggests really!).

I seem to remember on a KRC2 it only stopped movement in EXT? I can across this problem a when I first used a KRC2 and couldn't set it to 1025 ....or does my brain need a cold reboot?

No, this was universal across KRC1, KRC1A, KRC2, and KRC4. I can't swear to the VKRC models, but I'm pretty sure it held true for them, too.

OK...so what would cause the robot not to run in EXT? I remember a late night once with a KRC2 which wouldn't run in EXT due to a signal not being enabled.

$DRIVES_OFF maybe?

Could have been. I don't think $DRIVES_OFF is evaluated in T1 or T2. The other signal that is unique to AUT and EXT is "Safety Gate" or "Operator Safety", depending on the KRC generation.

Have You solved the problem with start Automatic mode after connect AutExt-Aut?

guys i have same proble, did yuo solve this and how, same configuration, i just had to wire the safety gates safety inputs to remove safety gates message buti still have the $move_enable input not allaowed

Hello!

I`m new in work with kuka robot and I think i have a problem like yours.

I have a kuka kr240- with kcp2 .

robot work fine in T1 and T2 . But when I switch to Aut or Aut ext the program don't run.. and send : error 1376'' Active commands inhibited''.

I have some error and I don`t know how to fix it.. I try to set $MOVE_ENABLE to FALSE but still don`t work.

I have connect a simens plc to robot (i think that`s the problem). It`s a posibility to '' anulate" or disconect ?

I don't know what to do .. I let some picture with the error.

Please help me if you know.

read manual

move enable need to be TRUE if you expect to move robot

normally it is mapped to $IN1025] which is always on.

but if you want to use EXT mode, you need to remap that to some input that PLC controls

message 1376 is there and robot cannot move because drives are not on
