Hello, Kuka KRC2 robot has the (over temperature pm1) error. The E1 fan and E2 fan are working. The error continues to come. I changed the fan and it didn't work. I changed the resistor and it didn't work. I checked the electrical fuses. It's probably not returning information. How can I solve the information side when the fans are running?

I have the same problem. I changed the PM module, changed the fan, changed the Safety card. I changed the contactor and thermal relay. I checked all the cables. I changed the MFC card and even changed the entire PC. I didn't just change the heat sensor, I measured it too and it gives the same resistance value as the sensor on the other robot. I will change the sensor too. Is there a possibility that the error is software-related? Is there a possibility that there is an error in the program due to damage to the HDD surface? Does reloading fix it? Please help, thanks
    krc2..

I changed the temperature sensor. I checked the balance resistors. I changed the hdd and reloaded the program. I keep getting this error "over temperature fan PM1". The only thing I didn't change is the 27 volt power supply, I checked its outputs, there is no problem. I checked the power supply cable and panel, another robot is also fed from the same panel, it works fine. Could the Z1 diode on the main supply cause such a problem? There is nothing else I need to change. I am waiting for your help
