Boot failed for module: isgnc

    I want to use KUKA CNC function
    KUKA KSS8.3 reports an error after the following operations: KSS14005 Boot failed for module: isgnc:loudly_crying_face:
    1. KRC installs KUKA.CNC software
    2. Workvisual installs KUKA.CNC (v2.1.7) KOP
    3. Project installed to KRC

    How to solve this problem?
