Hello everyone, i'm working with a KR240 R3330 and a KRC4 (8.5.6) controller.
The cell station use a PLC as the high-level controller, so if I press the emergency button installed in the PLC cabinet, the NHE External E-Stop signal goes to FALSE. The problem comes when I unlock the emergency button and give the ACK in the PLC program, if the emergency button remais locked considered time, the signal remains at FALSE even though the button is unlocked and with the ACK given. Everything works well in the PLC program made with Tia Portal, the E-STOP works fine.
When the time to unlock the emergency button is short, the NHE signal actualices correctly. But when it's a long period for unlock the button, the robot is locked because the NHE signal remains at FALSE level, so I can't do anything.
