Can't connect to Doosan Cobot using Dart Platform

Hello, I am attempting to get connected with a Doosan Cobot using Dart Platform. I have the IP address set, and in the Dart Platform software it recognized the controller, but when I click connect I get a connection error telling me to check the IP address. Has anyone ever experienced this issue before?

Dart Platform software is not backwards compatible, so you have to have the exact version of dart platform that matches your robot software version. (Ex. SW 2.10.003 Dart 2.10.003) Easiest to email Doosan and ask for your specific software version rather than trying to find it on their website.
