we lost the program every time we turn the robot off dx200

Hi all

sometime we need to restart the robot to reset an error but we lost the program on each time we do that and we have to inject the cmos backup to make the robot run again

we changed the batteries many times but without any result we face the same problem

any help please to solve this problem

At the first, that is better to solve the alarm.

some alrms need to restart the robot we can t reset them without restarting

not all the time we restart the robot for an alrm the last time one of my collegue restart the cell for an alrm in the plc another time we turned off the cell because we were on holiday and we turned off the machines

whatever the reason I just want to know why the robot lose the program after the resatart something wrong with the robot but I couldn t know where is the problem

If you are truly losing everything then the problem would be the YIF board. That is where everything is stored except the operating system.

Something would be shorted out so the capacitor isn’t charged and the battery isnt being used as a back up power source.

do you mean this one right
