This make no sense, what did you change?

from straigh position, i am rotate A5 about 30 degre and make calibration abc world.
In my opinion, what you mean is that the robot changes the configuration of axes 4 and 6, is that right?
What you can do is go to the first point, that is, to the point
PTP {A1 -25.866, A2 -105.437, A3 126.643, A4 -0.862, A5 15.556, A6 -4.715, E1 0, E2 0, E3 0, E4 0, E5 0, E6 0}, and verify which values you have in A, B and C. Try inserting the same values (A,B,C) in the point that causes you that problem.
Hello, a bit late answer from me, but i hope it will be helpful in your future andventures with this robot and Sprutcam.
To have correct position and values of the virtual model in Sprutcam and the real robot you need to measure and match the tool TCP and orientation. Sprutcam have very useful tool - android app - where you can enter the data of two measured tool - long and short one. Then the app calculates the value of the A B and C and also inserts them in the robot scheme in the Machine maker.
In your case first of all - do your part of the work and make (or ask somebody to do) as precise possible the laser head - that will give you much better experience when you program the robot and also will help you to prevent any eventual damages to the laser head - Sprutcam is really good in collision avoidance.
I hope that helps, if you need more info - ask here, or you can also ask your Sprutcam reseller to help - the initial setup needs some experience
