    Hello,

    I am working on a KR120R3900K ULTRA C4 FLR
    KRC C V8.2.22

    WoV 6.0 firmware 8.2.22

I'm having a lot of communication errors when i'm addind the ethercat module in my set-up.

My set-up is the following : KRC4 -> EK1100-> Ethercat 750-354. I checked that the ethercat module is correctly supplied with an external 24V.

I have done the following steps on WoV

-Add modules to the 750-354 d9UgeRe

-Mapping the outputs and inputs d9U6yqx

-Doing the typology that correspond to my set-up d9UP0rl

When I upload my WoV project onto the robot, I end up with thoose errors : d9Ui9Qs

    <SYS-X44> Ethercat Bus-Scan Error. Device [unknown] [ ]

Error on reading; driver : SYS-X44_PB-Slave1

Error on writing, driver : SYS-X44_PB-Slave1

Any help or suggestion that anyone can provide would be much appreciated.

    Thank you

you images/links do not show up. your topology is not clear...

i am guessing that there are two devices:
    a) buscoupler1 : EK1100 with whatever IO (including profibus master/slave)
    b) buscoupler2 : Wago unit 750-xxx with whatever I/O.

the message "unknown device" seem to refer to buscoupler2. probably wrong or incompatible device description file. maybe wrong config...
the other 2 messages for profibus master/slave nodes on buscoupler1. they are simply not yet configured.

Sorry about the image, you are completly right about the topology here is the image in attachment

About the description file I have the WAGO_750-354_24.xml provided by Wago. Is there something I need to modify on that description file?

This might be unrelated, but i have a vague memory that for beckhoff serial com modules and similar (including profibus) must be placed as the first slot directly after the ek1100 to work.

well... to me that topology actually makes no sense. i am not surprised that KRC complains.

what is the point in connecting just bus coupler to the bus? what is the PDO supposed to be? what IO did you map and how?

EK1100 has something attached to it (DP slave).
why is there nothing attached to 750-354?
