FTP client issues

I've had my C1 client set up and running from my RJ3iB for years with no problems. Today I tried pointing it to a different FTP server (Setup > host comm > tcp/ip and changed the IP address under "Internet Address", then Setup > host comm > FTP and changed the username and password) and even though I know my credentials are good, I kept getting the "HOST-159 FTP: login failed" error when trying to start C1. I figured the FTP server might not be configured for plain FTP, so I pointed it back to the original FTP server. Even with everything set back exactly how it was, I'm getting the same "HOST-159 FTP: login failed" error when trying to start C1. I checked that the FTP address is pingable, I can log onto the server from my computer using the username & password, but I can't start the client.

I do have an AoA backup, but I'm not sure what file I need to restore to fix my connection to my FTP server. Any help would be appreciated.

I can use the C1 username and password to log into the FTP server from my computer, so I don't think it's a credentials issue.

I have a working "solution" so I figured I'll leave it here in case anybody is trying to troubleshoot the same problem in the future.

For whatever reason, the issue is with C1. I tried connecting to multiple different FTP servers with multiple username/passwords; no matter what I did with C1 I got the above error on the robot and the FTP server log showed an "invalid password" error.

My "solution" is to use C2 instead.

If anybody knows WHY this is happening, I'd love to hear it.
