We got this cell for a job that got cancelled right before we could use it. It has been off for 4 years.
1} Replaced batteries.
2) Did a cold start machine ran through the checks fine.
3) loaded the key disk and then it ask for disk 1
4) installed disk 1, press a key , green light came on and within 5 to 10 seconds " Teach pendant communication lost error"
green light on disk drive stays green. left for 30min and nothing changed
5) replaced board DSQC-373, DSQC-361
6) same results
we are using a usb floppy emulator for the disk drive
any help would be apricated .
