I found that the hexadecimal display on the NCP01 card shows 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 during system boot and then shows E. This means that there is an error somewhere during booting.
According to the maintenance manual, the 6th verification point is hardware verification. So it can really be a hardware error because there are other servo inverters?
Below 7 is CMOS loading. The backup battery fell out, so the CMOS file is lost but the system will boot without it, right?
