CRX Cobot Tablet not loading home tab

    Hello, I have this issue with a Fanuc CRX 10iA/L, it functioned well for a while we powered it two times first to validate it worked (It's brand new) and then to program it a little, after that in the third power cycle everything seems to work fine except that the table teach pendant will not ever load the home tab, everything can be configures and changed we can jog the robot, connect it via Ethernet IP to a PLC, etc. But we cannot use the programming blocks so it's basically nonfunctional.


    Has anyone gone through this issue? I've tried cleaning the app cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app to its latest version, syncing date and time, etc. but nothing seems to change anything. can you help me?

    I haven't seen this issue. I have had payload issues with correct payload information entered in the robot. As well as issues connecting the Tablet to the controller (sits at Fanuc loading screen for a long period of time). Auto updates from Fanuc usually help with these bugs. Check the version of software installed on the robot and verify on the CRC that you are running the most current version.
