I'm developing a conveyor belt program for the first time, in codesys structured text.
Can anyone help me with an example? from variable declaration to program development?
the belt is controlled by an inverter, and has an encoder on board.
the program must be:
I start the tape and after one meter (reading from the encoder) it will have to stop or when it reaches a photocell.

how is the CODESYS code interfacing to inverter? is CODESIS running on the external controller or on the inverter itself? if it is on the inverter itself (integrated), it will have local library for accessing axis and drvie IO.
