    Hello Everyone,

Has anyone used a Kreon KZ25 sensor and a Staubli TX2-90 cobot to measure objects? Could you please tell me how to synchronize the controller of the sensor with the controller of the cobot?

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards, Vi.

    Hi,

I would say you might need the alter software option.

I have used alter in the past to move the robot according to an analog input signal.

I can share some information about the altar if you need it.

    Hello ElEsgalho,

    Thank you for your response.

I contacted Kreon. He gave me some indications:

"The cable between the ECU trigger output and the robot controller input is normally as follows. The robot 'triggers' on rising edges. The signal emitted by the ECU is an open collector signal. The transistor is closed by default and opens when the trigger is sent. It seems to me that you need to connect a pull-up resistor to +24V for it to work.

ECU trigger output ------------------------------- Robot controller input J111

    9 way D plug -------------------------------- 9 way D plug

    -------------------------------- 2 (signal) + pullup resistor on +24V

    2 -------------------------------- 7 (GND)"

    But I can't find input J111. So, I think it's J212 to replace it.

If you have any information, could you send it to my email:

Thank you very much for your help.

    Best regards,

    Vi
