I have a fanuc 200ID robot with a R30 ib mate controller that i just bought. It used to be hooked up to a safety plc or fence. And i wonder what the default wiring/jumper configuration is for the estop board as there were clipped of wires coming out of the TBOP 20 connector. I have tried to jumper the 2 contacts on the EAS pins and the 2 contacts on the EES pins and still getting that external estop error...

The default jumper connections are EES1 - EES11/EES2 - EES21 and EAS1 - EAS11/EAS2 - EAS21. Take a look into the R-30iB Mate maintenance manual for detailed information.

Ya i tried that and it didn't work but stupid me didn't clear the faults(RES_1Ch) so i was trying for hours until i cleared the faults. Its working now thx! wow these things are fast! im working now on getting 1 proxy sensor wired in. which comes with its own problems cause i think i have to source on connector for CRMA15 on main board eh?

What exactly do you mean by "proxy sensor"? If you want to wire (non-safe!) sensors or other devices to the Mate controller you can use the CRMA15 and CRMA16 connectors.
