Hello,
I have robot KUKAK SR 10 R1420 . Try to weigh the tool but when I try to do it i got error "closing the LDD plug-in" "Robot with this set of motors not adjustedfor LDD".

Well. As it says this robot is not (probably yet) supported in at least your LDD version. Talk to KUKA and ask if and when it will be supported.

If the LoadDataDetermination option was supplied with the robot, then it should also work.

correct. this also begs the question how the LDD is obtained. KUKA would not offer it with robot that is not yet supported. if mistake was made, ask for refund or software update. normally this is easily fixed by newer software release as more robots are added all the time.
