In Roboguide I developed a program utilizing features and enable coordinated motion with a positioner. However, I encountered an issue during the welding process where the material depicted above is not aligning with the intended location; instead, it is being deposited outside of the designated area. Nevertheless, the robot is programmed to weld around the part as intended.

Is there issue in the graphics. can someone help me how to correct.

    :help:

Hi, Have you defined and validate your coordinated frame (defined to the axis of the positionner) ?

And how have you teached your positions ?

If it starts well the first time, you have not checked all !
