Hi, has anyone ever seen a robot trip the DCS zone when the usermodel/robot comes in contact with the perimeter, but then when you engage the deadman to jog again, you can continue to jog right through the entire zone without tripping it again until you exit the zone and re-enter. It is a CPC with a cat 0 stop, and it shows unsafe when tripped but still can be jogged further into the zone. New robot and has RTCP function but I turned that off for now to troubleshoot this.

Open the DCS Pos./Speed Check Setup Menu and set "Shift+Reset Direction Check" to ENABLE. If I remember correctly, it should then only be possible to jog the robot into the right direction (back into the safe zone).

This is probably not the case, but I was on a job where the previous integrator muted every zone the moment the robot was switched to T1 mode. Are the zones getting muted?

Is there a disabling input in your DCS CPC?
