FLEXIPICKER COMUNICATION PROFIBUS ERROR

    WE HAVE AMACHINE THAT HAVE two abb robot flexipicker we try to run the mmachin but we a profibus error we try to slove the problem but we couldnt

    i connect withe robot studio and i get no tag conect in profibus and the device net

    and a emergency stop wont go away even all the emergency stops unlocked

    In your photo you can see signals that are mapped on a virtual board.

    In the 2nd photo there are signals from the conveyor
    There are no Profibus signals to be seen

    There isn't enough information to help you

    after i compare the status of the tow robot which are the same i found the even the dvicenet have problem we try to reach the support of the machine manufacturer they switch cf cards but doesn't seem the problem

    I add some photos to of the io screen from the robot

    Check the error logs

    I always do it like this:

    First delete all logs, then restart the system.

    This way you only see current logs and it's a bit clearer.

    After a restart you may see a message that will bring you closer to the cause.
