How to know axis position by coordinates

    The robot is guided to pick a position in to position from the camera. I want to try to approach only in axis 2 or 3 , to pick a point (since limitations in reach). And exit from the pick-point in the same way.

    Is it possible to know the axis position, defined by the tool/base in the joint position of the axis before I reach position?

  • still... it would be nice of KUKA to include this in modern documentation. the last time this was mentioned is a quarter of a century ago. and it is not going to happen unless there is enough of pressure from users.

    At least in 8.6 System integrator's manual these are documented, with error tables even :smiling_face:
