In base KRL, there's no option for this. You could use the VarCor. I also made a quick example dial-a-variable program that might be useful.
I think Orangeapps.de offers an add-on that allows the creation of actual dialog boxes that support screen keyboard input, but it's not free.

I should also mention CONFIGMON.INI, which can be used to make a poor-man's sort-of data input/monitor custom screen set.
