Hello. I'm working with a MultiMove IRB 4400 robot that has repeated axis 3 motion supervision faults at a specific pounce position. There is no apparent collision, as the robot is free of any obstacles during this move. The robot moves from v2500 to v50, so I tried reducing the speed on the pounce move to create a smoother transition. This worked for a while, but the fault returned. For now I have adjusted the supervision sensitivity.
Does anyone have any pointers on where I can look next? Could this be a hardware issue? The dress hose was torn in two places, so I wonder if whatever is causing the tears is creating enough tension to trip the alarm...
