Hello, I want to open a Fanuc cell with a CRX-25ia but I get an error message, do you know which version I need to have yet I have version 9 Build ID: 9.40123.00.08

Message error Roboguide : Roboguide does not supprt robot model H706, GP:1- CRX25iA, which is configured on C:1 G:1

Hi,

I think you would need version 9 rev.Z or newer.

Is there by the way a easy way to get the latest version?

I always mail Fanuc, because on the 'MyFanuc' website is not possible any more to get the laters RoboGuide...

I don't understand why FANUC decided to no longer have the download link for Roboguide on their portal. The only way is to ask FANUC tech support or your local sales rep.

Where are you located and what specific site are you using?

Fanuc America's site still has RoboGuide:
