I'm new with Kawasaki robots.
I'm trying to backup data of the robot , but there is no such aux function available(tried to backup with usb memory). Is it hidden (Save/Load ?)How to backup? I've tried to backup by KRterm , but it is not connecting with robot (found IP address and name - so it is correct , port number 23) still not working with KRterm. Only 4. 7. 8. functions available.(model 30E01G-AC02, 3RS020N-AC02)
Can you please help?

Being new to Kawasaki Robots does not defer from picking up the manuals and reading them or attending some training.
These are fundamentals described in manuals and also here on the forum using the search function.

If you are referring to Aux functions, then this will probably be because someone (integrator, end client) has restricted access and me personally will not advise circumvention, you will need to consult the supplier as they have done it for a reason.
However all can be achieved via KCWin32, KCWinTCP and KRTerm by using the SAVE AS Language commands (stipulated in the......yes, you guessed correctly.....AS Programming Language Manual).
If you cannot connect via KRTerm, check your cable is correct and and settings.
You can also use KCWin32 using a null modem serial cable to create filesaves.

If you still cannot get a connection, then describe your issue specifically instead of just saying the IP address is correct.
It takes two to tango.................PC and Controller and correct (not faulty) cable to interface them together along with a suitable application.
