What version of robot controller is it? Check connections of cabling inside and out of the controller.

It looks like an error that came to the screen before the battery error. You may need to look at the wiring and especially the emergeny stop connection. Also, the error code may be 20527, not 527.

byrol - Those prints are for the S4C. I uploaded the IRB1400 M94A product manual to the Manuals sub found >here<.

DO NOT unplug the 3 boards (Main CPU, Robot CPU, Memory) on the right and DO NOT unplug the batteries while the power is off - that will corrupt the operating system.

If it passes the diagnostics, that's good. Just need the disks. Since you have a DSQC335 Robot Computer and likely DSQC325. Should also have the SBV/SDG EPROMs.

Look for BaseWare OS 2.1 - it's very stable.

IRBP is for a positioner. If the system no longer has that attached, then no. Advanced functions is good to have. ArcWare is for arc welding, so yes.

I am assuming that the key disk license includes those options mentioned.

Each Basic 2.0 disk and associated disks will have a partially encrypted disc.id file containing the same serial number. This works as an individual license key on each disk. Disks with different serial numbers would not load. You can view the serial numbers with a text editor like WordPad, NotePad++, etc. but DO NOT make any changes to the disc.id file or risk corrupting it. Key disks with disk packs started with S4C.

As Lemster68 says, Advanced Functions can be useful and takes up very little memory.

I would only load the ArcWare option if you are going to use it as a welding robot.

Consider only loading the IRBP if you are using a positioner and your cabinet is already wired for it.

Were you able to find a previous backup? That can save considerable time.
