Very new to robotics, learning from an expert with Fanuc robots but even he's not entirely sure the process/if it's possible + too busy :P... On our Kawasaki robots they've always been set to ignore the base station setting, meaning we can grab a pendant and flip into teach to make a change to the program. With the new Fanuc we just received, the 4 base stations are located on top of a press and not quite easy to flip back and forth for troubleshooting. If we could make it so the pendant determines Auto / T1/T2 and the base station listens for that it would save a lot of calories haha.
I understand for production it's not standard to leave it enabled, however if we could change it for the tuning period that would be amazing. If it's referenced in a manual somewhere please let me know that so I can read through it and educate myself further, I couldn't seem to find it myself
Thank you for reading!
