We design a tracker for move robot, it is rack and pinion.
I am define the setting in the maintenance mode for it.
It need pinion diameter, i don't know what value must set for it.
Can anyone help and show in a picture what value must to set.

You design the rack and pinion, you have the diameter of the pinion.
Are you designing the pinion? If so, you have the diameter. If not, the manufacturer of the pinion can tell you.
Even using the supplied number, machining tolerances apply. I mark off a distance on the track. The longer the better. I then tell the track to go that distance. If it doesn’t hit my mark I adjust the pinion diameter value until it does.
