Connection between hmi weintek and kuka

    Hi everyone

    I'm trying to set up an ethernet ip connection between hmi weintek and kuka robot

    I checked all the addresses several times, they are written correctly everywhere, each device pings, but the connection is not established Constant errors kss10046 kss00099 I changed the addresses several times both in Windows itself and on the robot, but nothing helps

    Could it be a problem that there is no network card in krc, am I connecting via the kli port?

    What interface are you using between the KRC and HMI? EIP, ProfiNet, EtherCat, other?

    kss00099 - Error while (Reading/Saving): EIP/ADAPTER

    kss10046 - Timeout in estabilishing connection between PLC and hmi

    I'm using EIP

    Sounds like you configured KRC to be EIP scanner (master) while HMI is acting as EIO adapter (slave). Is that correct?

    Also what are the network settings?

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

    Yes, that's right, krc is a scanner, and hmi is an adapter
