    Hey,

I am working with Dispenseware I am wondering if there is anyway to increase the equipment on time (pre start delay) over 0.5s.

After some investigations through signal trends I am realizing I am limited to 0.5s pre start time.

Is there anyway to open up this time parameter? Am I missing something or is this a limitation of dispenseware?

I can't find anything in the manuals for this.

    Thanks!

The parameter, event preset time is part of the motion parameter. It can be increased for equipment lag times. However, 0.5 secs is as larger as it can be set, going from my memory.

Yeah that's kind of what I am seeing here. It is unfortunate we have a system here that introduces such a long lag, but I am surprised 0.5 would be the limit allowed.

It is strange that when I put in a (-2) it accepted and shifted the start of the bead 2s over. It just won't work before.

I think I am going to have to go with the distance parameter route and make it dynamic based on approach speed.

    Thanks
