I need to connect valve bank to the EOAT.
but in the teach pendent of fanuc,
Menu - I/O - EtherNet/IP - Connection 3 - config
what is assembly instance and configuration instance and I/O Data Type ?
How to find out?
Iam using a solenoid valve of

Check the EtherNet/IP user manual and the EDS file of your device. Both is available for download from the Parker website.

Looks like the Ethernet/IP manual on their site goes over it. Specifically page 9.
Edit: if you want to have an easier go at reading the EDS file, download EZ-EDS.
