Well your picture is posted.
Get some more images, close ups of the external wiring interface, close ups of the card rack etc.
Did the motor power light flash at all?
-
2 more. Sorry I’m only allowed 2 pictures at a time

Not sure if this will help

Here is a parts machine if needed
-
You have a 1AS board fitted (the one which is black and the orange connector with a resistor fitted), that is used to communicate to an AB PLC, hence the PLC Communication error.
Did the motor power light flash when you pressed it?
I need some readable close ups of the terminal interface strips at the bottom of the cabinet?

I have swapped the 1AS board out with the parts machine earlier today and made no difference. ( no wires or resistors) but I will say the one with no resistor has more parts on the board
-
Swapping the 1AS will not do anything productive, you have no PLC connected to it, that is why there is a PLC COMMUNICATION Message.
Your CN1 Cable looks proper damaged, I would check that for continuity as it does not look good to me.
Your external emergency stop links are all in place.
Attached is the AD Electrical Manual, so you can look through that and do some checking with your system.

Thank you for the help. I have checked all the wires all are good. That was the first step before getting on here today. All the wires ohm out nothing is shorted or broken. All contacts are clean. I will read more on the link and report my findings tomorrow
