CRX-10 payload issue with current config

hello I have too crx-10 both with glue gun head and a cable that is pretty heavy about 5 pounds the issue I am having is every time i try to run the part the gun gun cable when pull to much in different zones causing the payload to fail. my question is their some variable i could set on something in dcs to solve an issue of once payload is set have a tolerance or something of that kind of idea note operators will be working with robot also tried calling multiple payloads
