Get axis position at any time

    Hello all !

    I would like to know if there is a way to get each axis position at any time and to put it into a variable.

    I know that we can record it in the DataRecorder, but I would like to access to the value at different time, using a variable in the program.

    I searched for things like "getAxis" but didn't find anything.

    Do you know if this is possible ?

    Hello ptetmoi,

    You can monitor current axis values from LBR instance.

    lbr.getCurrentJointPosition() // not sure of its name.

    Will give you JointPosition instance and you can get each values of axis from it.

    You can also get Cartesian position with lbr.getCurrentCartesianPosition()
