FTP Connection with YRC1000 and HC10

Hello all, I am working with a YRC1000 connected to an HC10. I am trying to connect with it over FTP but am being stumped at the credentials.

Motoman tech support tells me that the login User and Pass would be with the documentation, but I cannot find it for the life of me. Do any y'all know where to look for it?
I have tried some suggested defaults such as: username = rcmaster, Pass = 9999999999999999. But these haven't worked.

Any help would be appreciated.

Passwords for HC controllers get changed to a custom password upon shipping. The password is in the paperwork that comes with the system.

Thank you for the response. Would you happen to know if they explicitly state that the given password is for FTP? The documentation with the controller (albeit maybe incomplete) did not have anything pertaining to FTP so I am not sure.
