    Hi there

Today, i got new problem with my fanuc robot.

Im using Network method in Remote Master Setting to send request.

But when i send a command, the robot delay about 10sec before doing action. Other robots don't have this problem.

Can i ask you guys, there are any setting affect it? :loudly_crying_face: :loudly_crying_face:

    Hello,

What type of communication do you use?

    Hello @Bout_de_ficelle

I using Developer Kit of FANUC and choose $RMT_Master = 2 < Network method >.

I don't have any specific ideas to solve your problem, but I'm looking into it and talking to other roboticists.

Quick question, have you checked to establish a direct connection betwheen the fanuc robot and the pc or wathever you use to establish the communication?

I've seen plant networks where even trying to download a robot backup with ftp will saturate the network... so if you have not tried, try first to use a direct communication and if it works start from there until you discover the problem.

    Hi Shelmer.

This is my process: Robot Controll Software <=> Fanuc Kit <=> Robot fanuc.

I use Fanuc Deverloper Kit as an intermediary to communicate with the robot. Im checked but no dectect any problem.

And realiezed that take a time to get information or setting from robot. Example, in normal, send and receive is spend 1 sec. But in some PC, it got 10 sec or more.

I just curious that if Fanuc environment is conflict with window version and then how to fix them.

It shouldn't take more that a second.

How is your network setup? If you Ping the robot from your PC or Server that is trying to start the robot, what is your response time. What is the robot start method and prog select method in the prog select menu?

    Post your code.
