I have one unit load where the gate to release more boxes into the infeed is slower than the rest. How would I be able to increase the speed of the gate because it is too slow and allowing more boxes in while it’s closing

Investigate how the gate works and speed it up.
There exist that much different types of gates, you didn't mention the type you use.

I don't see how pallettool would control that other than the use of an output.

Is it pneumatic? What is slow about it; the moment it triggers, or the actual speed of the gate while moving?
