Problem while using laser to offset starting point for weld

  • Hello so im fairly new to robot and programming but i do have a fanuc welding cell that iam currently trying to get going. Iam currently having issues while searching for the offset for startpoint for weld when using laser. it seems like the information doesnt get recorded into PR[1] that ive selected it be saved inn. but the search goes fine and it finds the interacting surfaces its suppose to find very easy but whenever i do the laser search and get to the approach point for welding where the offset kicks inn. i get this message : INTP-311 (%s^4, %d^5) Uninitialized data is used

  • When you look at your PRs, does PR[1] have an * or an R next to it? If it has an * then just shift record on it to initialize it, then go into position and reset all the values to zeros.
