Hi all,
Have an issue with an R-30iA R-200iB 210F where I cannot resume a program after a power cycle.
With program aborted I use production start to begin the robot program, throughout running I can pause the robot (Releasing hold) and resume the program using the start UI however if the robot is power cycled I can't resume the program and I get a SYST-011 Failed to run task fault with a PRG-007 Program already running as the cause. I have an identical robot which does not have this issue.
Some settings that I believe are relevant
Prog select mode is other
Production start method is UOP
Hot start is true
Enable UI signal is true
Start for continue only is true
I have tried stopping the program during a movement and during a wait for DI command but not change. There is no BG logic running. Resume TOL have been disabled. I have tried turning star for continue off. I have tried restore selected program true.
I am racking my brain trying to figure out what could be causing this, any help would be much appreciated.
