ABB IRC5 Trouble Dowloading

Hello all. I have an IRC5, palletizing robot, using Palletizing Powerpac. Lately I have started having trouble downloading from PC to RC. I approve write access on the flex pendant, open palletizing palletizing power pac, select download and it does nothing. I have contacted their technical support which has been a whole other issue for me. One guy knows their palletizing power pac and trying to get ahold of him in a timely fashion (with production down) is nearly impossible. My Fanuc robots tell me if a robot downloaded successfully or not......I haven't found (after 3+ years) where the ABB does. It's always been a bit of a crap-shoot. Today I have modifications to download and it isn't doing anything, not even the blue circle. Ownership has been telling me for over a year to sell this ABB and bring in another Fanuc but I seem to like a challenge. Any help would be awesome. Thank you
