Nachi FD11 Error E9003

Hello,

I have a "E9003" fault on a Nachi that doesn't make sense to me and could use some help. The explanation on the teach pendant (near as I can tell) points to the fault in the program but it doesn't line up. If the controller looks ahead it still doesn't make sense due to the slow move. Also, the fault occurs about 5 times a shift. Race condition?

BTW, online help for Nachi seems pretty limited.
