All of these jobs are for laser tracking.
LT-CALIB is for Calibration between laser and robot.
LTSRCH.JBI is for search and find start point in the workpiece.
LTSFT.JBI is for shift the difference between orginal start point and find start point by laser sensor.
LTRCKON.JBI is for active correct path by sensor.
LTEDSRCH.JBI is for find the end point of the workpiece.
LTRCKOF.JBI is for disable correct path by sensor.
SMPL0.JBI and SMPL1.JBI are sample job that use up instruction. One sample don't search and find the start point and only correct path and one sample search and find start point and also correct path.
You can use all jobs when "MOTOEYE-LT" is active on your controller.
Some of the jobs are normal job and some are macro job.
In the package you have a MACRO.DAT file, in it you can see what macro jobs are defined.
Некоторые макро-из заданий являются обычными заданиями, а некоторые — заданиями.
В пакете у вас есть файл MACRO.DAT, в нем вы можете увидеть, какие задачи макросов требуют.
Hello, I understand that when you enable the "Visions" option, all these programs should appear or are they loaded in a separate package?
No, these jobs must load from package.
At first you must load MACRO.DAT and after that load other jobs.
Where can I get this package?
Where can I get this package?
Your local Yaskawa office.
When you buy the laser sensor, they will support you and give all jobs and files.
What laser sensors does the DX-100 controller work with? Maybe you can advise.
You can try with all brands, Servo robot, MetaVision, Wenglor and ...
Didn't put the question right. Which laser works correctly with stainless steel so that there are fewer errors from reflection?
You can ask from all brands, these brand work on all materials and suggest the best model.
I used MetaVision before with Aluminum material.
