Auto update on CRX robot

Hi all, I'm doing a software update on several CRX. The issue I have is that I don't know why but on one robot when I click on auto update then select the device and click DONE. Nothing happens, I wait and I try again and it's like if there was nothing running and there was no request sent to start the update. Kind of strange since I did all the others without any issues. I don't know if this happened to one of you?
