i have a problem like this picture
when i add option loadDetermination for workVisual, and then i deploy it to controller
this error happens. but when i do the same thing with other kuka robots controller, nothing happen
plz tell me how to deal with this error, thanks so much
Do you by any chance have a firewall pc configured ?
Then the ports should be enabled in the firewall pc.
Check xpert.kuka.com for the required ports specially for the workvisual communication.
had something similar once also, loading initial project from the controller saving it to a new name and trying to deploy it, just did not work. Installing the latest version of workvisual sorted it out for me.

I don't realy know what "from date/time" means. On the robot? Laptop? Something with WoV? Where to change and what?
If You could give me a hint where to start looking.

i have not run into this issue myself but if i recall things can go weird with WoV when time is not set correctly at one or both side (my guess is robot). and that seem to be what Zin1701 was referring to same thing so check if the time/date is correct. to adjust time on KRC one must login and minimize HMI..
