Error messages from KUKA IIWA after finishing the installation process in Workbench

  • We have tried restoring the image files again and removed the cover to connect the cable directly with the KLI (to avoid potential cable disconnection inside the cabinet). This allowed us to communicate with the robot and proceed with the installation process the first time. However, after the installation process was completed successfully, the robot rebooted automatically and we lost communication with it. The attached screenshot shows the error message from the KUKA cabinet after rebooting. Did anyone know what could cause these issues? Our project was just created by following the iiwa_stack wiki online. Currently, I can no longer ping or synchronize the robot from my Sunrise Workbench PC after the installation.

    Any advice would be appreciated!
